While the daily production volume is extremely limited, this meticulous process imbues the fabric with an unparalleled plush softness and exceptional durability that resists losing its shape, even after countless washes.
Loopwheel jersey is already a well-established fabric in the world of Americana.
However, the production infrastructure behind it is by no means mainstream.
Loopwheel machines can only knit an extremely small amount of fabric per day, standing in direct opposition to today’s efficiency-driven manufacturing.
As a result,
the supply is highly restricted, and it is said to account for less than 1% of the entire global market share.

The neck features a 2.5cm-wide binder neck. Referencing true vintage pieces, we recreated a collar width that is neither too narrow nor too wide.
